Message from the Current President

Welcome to the CMGM GSA!

Starting graduate school in a new environment is a major transition. We all walk a rigorous path, but regardless of our specific disciplines, our shared experiences are what connect us. For me, this association has been a vital place to meet driven peers who inspire me every day to grow as a researcher and a future clinician.

Now in our second year, our goal is simple: to support you in every aspect of your training and ensure you know exactly what resources are available to you. From professional development workshops and community volunteering to social events that let us recharge outside the lab, we are here to foster a strong, inclusive community.

At our core, we are a collaborative group dedicated to building each other up. But to make this organization truly serve our students, we need your input.

Get involved by attending our events, joining our social hours, or serving on a committee. Let’s build a community where we can all thrive!

Warmly,
Badí Quinteros Espinoza
President, CMGM GSA
